We facilitate transactions but are not a broker or owner of any listed website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, value, traffic, revenue, or future performance of any listing.

Buyers are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before making a purchase.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Own the website and assets being sold.
• Have the legal right to sell and transfer ownership.
• Provide accurate listing information.
• Cooperate during the transfer process.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that is false, misleading, or fraudulent.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Review listings carefully.
• Complete your own due diligence.
• Ask questions before bidding.
• Complete payment within the required timeframe.

A winning bid or completed purchase is a legally binding agreement.

5. Payments

Payments must be completed using our approved payment methods.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the transaction and suspension of your account.

6. Website Transfers

After payment has been received, the buyer and seller agree to complete the transfer of the website, domain, and any included digital assets.

Ownership is considered transferred once the buyer has received control of the agreed assets.

7. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of digital assets, all completed sales are final.

Once ownership of a website, domain, and any included digital assets has been transferred to the buyer, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or reversals will be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

By purchasing through Starter Site Auctions, you confirm that you:

• Have completed your own due diligence.
• Accept the website in its current condition.
• Understand the transfer of ownership is permanent.
• Agree that the transaction cannot be reversed after transfer.

Starter Site Auctions cannot reverse completed website transfers. If a seller fails to deliver the agreed assets before the transfer is complete, we may investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, graphics, content, logos, and website design remain the property of Starter Site Auctions and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

• Providing false information.
• Fraud or auction manipulation.
• Creating fake accounts.
• Uploading malicious software.
• Violating applicable laws.

Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or permanently removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Starter Site Auctions provides a marketplace only. We do not guarantee the success, traffic, revenue, rankings, or profitability of any website sold through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starter Site Auctions is not liable for any loss arising from the purchase, sale, or transfer of any website.

11. Privacy

Your use of Starter Site Auctions is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
